  • 1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until all the crystals are incorporated into the mixture.

  • 2. Melt the butter with the chocolate in a bain marie and add to the eggs.

  • 3. Incorporate the sifted flour and cocoa, using gentle movements so as not to work the gluten into the flour.

  • 4. Chop the peanuts and add them randomly to the dough, without stirring too much so as not to activate the gluten in the flour.

  • 5. Add to a previously greased or parchment-lined cake tin and bake at 180 degrees until the outside is firm and remove from the oven when the center is not completely cooked. Leave to rest for about 20 minutes before unmolding. Serve with vanilla ice cream
