Preparation method
- • Pasta - Total time: 2 hours and 7 minutes
- 1. Mix the ingredients listed and knead well;
- Milk (125 Grams); Sugar (50 Grams); Salt (2 Grams); Eggs (1 Unit); Dry Yeast (5 Grams); Wheat Flour (297 Grams);
- Prep time: 10 minutes; Total time: 10 minutes
- 2. Add the margarine and the rest of the flour and knead again until completely incorporated and the dough is no longer sticky;
- Margarine (40 Grams); Wheat Flour (33 Grams);
- Prep time: 10 minutes; Total time: 10 minutes
- 3. Dump the dough onto a floured worktop and roll out into a rectangle 5mm thick;
- Prep time: 3 minutes; Total time: 3 minutes
4. Spread the filling over the dough, then roll it up;- Prep time: 1 minute; Total time: 1 minute
- 5. Cut the roll with a sharp knife into approximately 5cm rolls.
- Seal one side of each roll to prevent the filling from leaking out during baking.
