Preparation method

  • 1. Mix the ingredients listed and knead well;
  • Milk (125 Grams); Sugar (50 Grams); Salt (2 Grams); Eggs (1 Unit); Dry Yeast (5 Grams); Wheat Flour (297 Grams);
  • Prep time: 10 minutes; Total time: 10 minutes
  • 2. Add the margarine and the rest of the flour and knead again until completely incorporated and the dough is no longer sticky;
  • Margarine (40 Grams); Wheat Flour (33 Grams);
  • Prep time: 10 minutes; Total time: 10 minutes
  • 3. Dump the dough onto a floured worktop and roll out into a rectangle 5mm thick;
  • Prep time: 3 minutes; Total time: 3 minutes
  • 4. Spread the filling over the dough, then roll it up;
