  • 1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until a smooth paste forms.
    Brown Sugar (125 Grams) Cinnamon (3/4 Tablespoons) Margarine (50 Grams)

  • 1. Mix the ingredients listed and knead well;
    Milk (125 Grams) Sugar (50 Grams) Salt (2 Grams) Eggs (1 Unit) Dry Yeast (5 Grams) Wheat Flour (297 Grams)

  • 2. Add the margarine and the rest of the flour and knead again until completely incorporated and the dough is no longer sticky;

  • 3. Dump the dough onto a floured worktop and roll out into a rectangle 5mm thick;

  • 4. Spread the filling over the dough and the walnuts over the filling, then roll up;

  • 5. Cut the roll with a sharp knife into approximately 5cm rolls. Seal one side of each roll to prevent the filling from leaking out during baking. The rolls can be placed spaced apart on a baking sheet, or frozen to grow and bake at another time. Let the rolls rise on the baking sheet until they have doubled in size;

  • 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C with bottom heat, with convection, until golden brown.
