  • Preparation method
  • 1. In a pre-heated frying pan, toast the slices of bread on both sides over a low heat so that they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

  • 2. Mix together the avocado, half the cherry tomatoes, a tablespoon of olive oil, salt and the juice of half a lemon and blend with the mixer.
    Avocados (1/2 Units) Cherry Tomatoes (10 Units) Olive Oil (2 Tablespoons) Salt (1 Pinch) Persian Lime (1/2 Units)
  • 3. Chop the coriander and mix with the avocado mixture
    Cilantro (1 Tablespoon)
  • 4. Fry the egg so that the yolk is not completely hard

  • 5. Assemble your tostex with the cream, the egg, drizzle with olive oil and the rest of the chopped cherry tomatoes
