Teriyaki chicken

  • 1. Cut the chicken breast into "baits" and season with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, chopped onion and seasoning to taste. Leave to marinate for at least 4 hours
    Chicken Breast (1 Kilogram) Garlic (4 Units) Onions (1/2 Units) Salt (3 Pinches) Pepper (1 Pinch) Steak Seasoning (2 Pinches)
  • 2. Add the teriyaki sauce to the marinade and leave to rest for at least another hour I usually buy Cepera or Sakura.
    Teriyaki sauce (100 Milliliters)
  • Part 2
  • 1. Strain the preparation to remove the marinade sauce and coat the baits in a thin layer of cornstarch
    Corn Starch (150 Grams)
  • 2. Heat the olive oil (the one in the red container) in a large frying pan and, using tongs, place the baits individually and turn so that they are crispy on all sides.
    Olive Oil (2 Tablespoons)
