This recipe is for those who are thinking of baking their first loaf of bread, or for those who are already used to baking bread but want a simple, quick and tasty bread recipe for every occasion.
I've been making this recipe for over 5 years, at least once a week. I make it by hand and with a bread machine. In fact, this is the recipe I use when I want to make a quick loaf entirely in the bread machine. I just add the ingredients, select the quick mode and let the machine run until it finishes baking.
Hand kneading is almost as simple. It just requires a little more strength. But the dough isn't too heavy, and it isn't too sticky either (after a while of kneading it no longer sticks to your hand).
