  • Preparation method
  • 1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, gradually adding the water until the mixture is homogeneous and doesn't stick to your hands
    Flaked Oats (1 Cup) Low carb granola (1/2 Cups) Peanut butter (4 Tablespoons) Whey Protein chocolate flavor (4 Tablespoons) Water (1/2 Cups)
  • 2. Line a rectangular pan (30 x 10 cm) with aluminum foil, pour the contents inside and flatten with your fingers, then cut horizontally to make the bars
  • 3. Refrigerate. The bars should remain refrigerated and will last up to 4 days
