  • Preparation method
  • 1. Add the sugar, yeast and milk and mix well.
    Sugar (20 Grams) Dry Yeast (10 Grams) Milk (300 Milliliters)
  • 2. Mix the egg with the margarine and add to the above mixture.
    Eggs (1 Unit) Margarine (50 Grams)
  • 3. Mix the first part of the flour with the salt and add it to the above ingredients.
    Wheat Flour (420 Grams) Salt (0 Teaspoons)
  • 4. Add the rest of the flour and knead well, about 7 minutes. Place in a bowl and leave to rise until doubled in size.
    Wheat Flour (180 Grams)
  • 5. Remove from the bowl and shape into balls by pulling the dough from the outside in. Leave to rise until doubled in size.
  • 6. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
