  • 1. Beat the ingredients in a blender or mixer
    Eggs (1 Unit) Oat Flour (1/2 Cups) Whey Protein chocolate flavor (1 Unit) Coconut Milk (3 Tablespoons) Artificial Sweetener (6 Pinches)
  • 2. Grease a frying pan about 15∅ in diameter with butter and pour in a thick layer of batter. When it's cooked on one side, turn it over and cook the other.
  • 3. Once ready, add the fruit of your choice and honey
    Fruits (100 Grams) Honey (1 Tablespoon)
