  • 1. Mix together the tapioca starch, eggs, cocoa and sweetener. Blend everything in a blender or with a mixer
    Tapioca (6 Tablespoons) Cocoa Powder (1 Tablespoon) Eggs (2 Units) Artificial Sweetener (1 Tablespoon)
  • 2. Pour the batter into a frying pan that has been heated and greased with butter, and turn the pan so that it is evenly coated. When the batter comes off, flip the disc that has formed and let it cook for a few seconds on the other side. This recipe makes 4 disks
  • 3. Fill with the strawberries, banana and peanut butter or a filling of your choice
