  • Preparation method
  • 1. Mix the flour, oats, olive oil, salt, sugar and yeast in a bowl.
    Almond flour (1 Cup) Coconut flour (1 Cup) Flaked Oats (1/2 Cups) Oatmeal (1 Cup) Olive Oil (4 Tablespoons) Demerara sugar (2 Tablespoons) Salt (1 Teaspoon) Dry Yeast (1 Unit)
  • 2. Make a hole in the middle of the reading and slowly add the water, which should be lukewarm. Mix with your hands
    Water (1 Cup)
  • 3. Add the sunflower seeds, linseed and chestnuts, which should be broken or crumbled. Knead until the dough is homogeneous and no longer sticks to your hands
    Linseed (5 Tablespoons) Sunflower seeds (1/2 Cups) Cashews (5 Tablespoons)
  • 4. Cover the bowl with a cloth or plastic wrap and leave to rest for about 30 minutes or until the dough rises
  • 5. Add the dough to a greased loaf tin and bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until golden brown
