  • Preparation method
  • 1. You can use a bag or a Conche to cook the unpeeled egg in the water.
  • 2. Crush half the avocado with a fork, add the juice of 1/2 a lemon, olive oil, coriander cut into small pieces and salt.
    Avocados (1/2 Units) Lemon Juice (1/2 Units) Cilantro (3 Tablespoons) Olive Oil (1 Tablespoon) Salt (4/5 Pinch)
  • 3. In a small saucepan, bring the water to the boil, when it's boiling, turn a fork quickly until it forms a whirlpool in the water, break the egg and place it in this whirlpool, let it cook until it's just set
    Eggs (1 Unit)
  • 4. Place the cream on a plate and the egg on top, season with salt and sprinkle with the golden thread.
    Salt (1/4 Pinch) Linseed (1 Tablespoon)
