1. Mix the milk, yogurt and powdered milk in a saucepan and bring to the boilWhole natural yogurt (1 Unit) Whole Milk (1 Liter) Powdered Milk (2 Tablespoons)

2. Heat without boiling. Test the temperature with your finger, when you put your finger in and can't leave it in for more than 5 seconds, turn off the heat

3. Pour the contents into glass or plastic jars - Leave open

4. Place the pots in a place that simulates a greenhouse. I use a Styrofoam box without the lid, with just a dishcloth on top, and leave it in the sun. If you don't live in Ceará like I do, you can put a thermal bag inside the box and reheat it as needed.Rest time: 6 hours; Total time: 6 hours

6. If you want to make your yogurt Greek, just use a coffee strainer, the whey is strained out and the yogurt has a great consistency
