  • 1. Beat the butter with the sugar and eggs;
    Butter (275 Grams) Sugar (250 Grams) Eggs (1 Unit) Egg Yolks (1 Unit)
  • 2. Add the rest of the ingredients, form into a ball, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes;
    Wheat Flour (450 Grams) Almonds (100 Grams) Baking Powder (1 Teaspoon) Orange Peel Zests (1 Teaspoon)
    Rest time: 30 minutes; Total time: 30 minutes
  • 3. Flour the dough and roll it out between two pieces of plastic wrap or baking paper;
  • 4. Cut into the desired shape and place on the baking sheet. Place in the preheated oven and cook for approximately 20 minutes or until the desired color is reached;
    Cook time: 20 minutes; Total time: 20 minutes

  • 5. Remove from the pan with a spatula and leave to cool on a cloth or wire rack.
