  • 1. Beat the eggs, oil, sugar and apple peel in a blender. Put the oatmeal, oat bran, cinnamon and finely chopped apples in a bowl. Add the mixture from the blender and mix well. Finally add the yeast. Bake in a preheated 180° oven for 45 minutes.
