  • 1. Preheat the oven to 220°C, bottom heat;

  • 2. Bring the milk and oil to the boil together. As soon as it boils and the milk covers the oil, turn it off;

  • 3. Pour the mixture of boiled milk and oil over the starch and mix well (use a fork). The mixture will look sandy;

General Notes:

You can vary the starch according to taste, but always keep the total amount. If you prefer a softer dough, add more sweet powder, but then it won't rise as much. The more sour starch, the more it inflates, but the crunchier it gets.
