  • 1. Mix and knead all the ingredients;
    Water (215 Grams) Sugar (23 Grams) Soy Oil (23 Grams) Salt (5 Grams) Wheat Flour (400 Grams) Dry Yeast (4 Grams) Grounded Malted Barley (100 Grams)
    Prep time: 10 minutes; Total time: 10 minutes
  • 2. Make a ball and let it rest on a floured surface;

  • 3. Separate into equal-sized portions and make balls by pressing down on the dough. Place each ball in a hamburger bun mold or in a previously greased and floured pan. Leave to rise until doubled in size;
